At OriginalCV.co.uk, we are committed to delivering high-quality CV writing and career support services on time. This policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and how we handle delays.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: CVs and related documents are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of all required information.
• Express Delivery: For urgent requests, we offer an express service (24 to 48 hours) for an additional fee.
• Revisions & Edits: Any requested revisions are completed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving feedback.

Delivery Method

All CVs, cover letters, and other career documents are delivered digitally via email in Microsoft Word and PDF formats. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the documents are ready for download.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of order. Any delays in providing necessary details may result in an extended delivery timeframe.

Late Deliveries & Compensation

If we fail to meet the agreed delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you in advance.

• In cases of significant delays (beyond 48 hours after the deadline) due to our fault, we may offer a partial refund or a free service upgrade at our discretion.

Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your order within the promised timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received your document, contact us at support@originalcv.co.uk, and we will resend it immediately.
